Welcome to the A Step Above Service Evaluations website.  A Step Above Service Evaluations is the culmination of a dream.  Five years ago, after having experienced the workings of Mystery Shopping firsthand, I set out to provide businesses with an affordable alternative to others in the industry.  I researched and rethought, until a business was born that could provide high quality and affordable evaluations to businesses of all sizes.  The business needed a name and in order to stress what I think is so important, A Step Above was the only choice.

I have continued to stress the importance of quality customer service to everyone that I come in contact with and have developed successful relationships with businesses that feel the same way.  My clients demonstrate the highest commitment to providing their customers with A Step Above Service.  In addition, my clients save money while not compromising quality. 

As owner, I am very hands on and keep in direct contact with each client.  I am always available and work hard to continue with my own highest level of customer satisfaction.
